Most people that are helping people lose weight, are working at losing weight, or are interested in our bodies and nutrition don’t know some important scientific basics. Today I am introducing a podcast that helps to explain these principles so that people can make more informed choices when it comes to making changes about eating.
This is not going to be a ‘how to lose weight podcast’; instead it will be all about the science around weight gain, weight loss, and obesity - lots of this information might surprise you!
