Recipe: Protein-Packed Smoothies

Unknown.jpg

In my last post I talked about some protein-rich ingredients that I like to use in place of protein powder in my smoothies, and today I am sharing with you 4 smoothie recipes that showcase these ingredients. In case you missed that post, you can find more information on the ingredients here. Each smoothie recipe has at least 15-20 grams of protein – comparable to a scoop of your average protein powder. Enjoy!
